PRPWin Terms and Conditions — Rules, Rights & Responsibilities for All Players

Welcome to PRPWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between PRPWin ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person who accesses, registers with or uses the PRPWin website, mobile interface or any service offered through it ("you", "the player", "the user").

PRPWin is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. Our services are offered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are accessible via the internet. By creating a PRPWin account, depositing funds, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with PRPWin under these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use PRPWin's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To access PRPWin's gaming services, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date throughout your time as a PRPWin player.

One account rule: Each player may hold only one PRPWin account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name or a fictitious identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Identity verification: PRPWin may require you to verify your identity at any point, particularly before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. PRPWin also reserves the right to verify the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request will result in account suspension.

• Provide your real full name — not a nickname or alias
• Use a mobile number registered in your own name
• Use an email address you actively check
• Never share your account credentials with anyone
• Report any unauthorised account access to PRPWin support immediately

PRPWin's services are available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

PRPWin takes age verification seriously. If there is any indication that a registered account belongs to a person under 18, PRPWin will immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance and void all transactions made while the account was active. Any deposits made from a minor's account will be refunded to the payment source, not paid out as winnings.

Additionally, by accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are not accessing PRPWin from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, and that you are not on any self-exclusion list that would prevent you from legally participating in online gaming services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PRPWin account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. PRPWin will never ask for your password through any channel, including email, live chat or phone. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

PRPWin recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds a layer of security by requiring a one-time code — sent to your registered mobile number — in addition to your password for login and withdrawal requests. You can activate 2FA from your PRPWin account settings.

PRPWin is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure, including but not limited to sharing your password with another person, using the same password across multiple platforms or accessing PRPWin from an unsecured or shared device.

• Use a strong, unique password for your PRPWin account
• Enable 2FA immediately after registration
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session
• Never store your credentials in an unsecured location

PRPWin offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus at PRPWin, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering requirements: Most PRPWin bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier specifying how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified clearly on each promotion page and are a standard part of the online gaming industry worldwide.

Bonus abuse: PRPWin monitors for systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets on games excluded from wagering contribution, using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk, and withdrawing funds using methods designed to circumvent the wagering requirement system. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and any winnings derived from them voided, and may be permanently suspended.

• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately at PRPWin
• Real money is always wagered first unless a promotion specifies otherwise
• Bonuses expire if not claimed or wagered within the specified period
• PRPWin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time
• Free bets and free spins have a maximum win cap as stated per promotion

PRPWin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process. Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at PRPWin is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly in all but exceptional circumstances. Bank IBFT deposits typically reflect within one business day. PRPWin does not charge a fee on incoming deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check your mobile wallet or bank's fee schedule for details.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount at PRPWin is Rs 500. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. PRPWin targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your PRPWin account.

Withdrawal verification: PRPWin may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This is a security measure that protects you as well as the platform. Providing false documentation during verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

• PRPWin targets sub-15-minute Easypaisa/JazzCash withdrawals
• Third-party withdrawals are never permitted
• PRPWin does not charge withdrawal processing fees

All bets placed at PRPWin are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. These rules are accessible from within the game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game.

Bet confirmation: Once a bet has been confirmed at PRPWin — whether a sports wager, a casino game bet, a poker hand buy-in or any other wager — it cannot be cancelled, modified or withdrawn. You are responsible for ensuring your bet details are correct before confirming. PRPWin accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets at PRPWin. These are displayed within the relevant interface before you place a wager. PRPWin reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits without prior notice if irregular betting patterns are detected.

Malfunctions: In the event of a game or platform malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager, PRPWin will void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance. PRPWin's liability in such cases is strictly limited to the return of the bet stake. This applies to all game types including live casino, crash games, Aviator, poker and sports betting.

PRPWin is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, voiding of winnings and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or sports betting markets
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing poker chips or game credits to another account controlled by the same person or a collaborator
• Bot usage: Using automated software, scripts or artificial intelligence to play games, place bets or otherwise interact with PRPWin without human involvement
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets across multiple platforms or accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, exploiting pricing errors
• Account selling or sharing: Selling, renting or otherwise transferring access to your PRPWin account to another person
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using those funds on PRPWin
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, false identity documents or any other fraudulent means to fund or operate a PRPWin account

PRPWin uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent ban from the platform. PRPWin reserves the right to pursue legal action in serious cases.

PRPWin takes responsible gaming seriously as both a legal obligation and a genuine moral commitment. We want gaming on PRPWin to be entertainment — something you enjoy, that fits within your budget, and that you are in control of at all times. When it stops being that, we want to help.

The following tools are available to all PRPWin players directly from account settings, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Increases to these limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately
• Session time alerts: Receive a notification after a specified duration of continuous play, reminding you how long you have been active
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up messages showing your net win/loss position for the current session
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from PRPWin. Temporary exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent exclusion is irreversible

Responsible gaming is not something PRPWin treats as a compliance checkbox — it is a genuine priority in how this platform is operated.

All content on the PRPWin platform — including but not limited to the PRPWin brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PRPWin or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in PRPWin's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, broadcast, transmit, modify or otherwise exploit any PRPWin content for commercial or public purposes without prior written permission from PRPWin. Unauthorised use of PRPWin's intellectual property may constitute infringement under applicable law and PRPWin will take appropriate action to protect its assets.

Game content displayed on PRPWin — including games provided by third-party developers such as Spribe, Evolution and others — is protected by the intellectual property rights of those respective developers. Players may not extract, reproduce or reverse-engineer any game software accessible through PRPWin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRPWin's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the return of funds held in that player's PRPWin account at the time the claim arises. PRPWin is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues outside PRPWin's control
• Losses arising from your failure to follow security best practices, including sharing account credentials
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind
• Platform downtime for scheduled maintenance, provided reasonable advance notice is given

PRPWin operates with professional standards and makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and security. However, no online platform can guarantee 100% uptime or immunity from all technical faults. PRPWin accepts liability only for direct losses caused by PRPWin's own proven negligence, subject to the limit described above.

PRPWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors
• Multiple account registration
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during verification
• Underage account use
• Self-exclusion request (player-initiated closure)
• Regulatory or legal requirement

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance is frozen but not forfeited unless the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. PRPWin will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player unless doing so would compromise a legal or regulatory process.

Players wishing to close their own PRPWin account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

PRPWin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PRPWin will notify registered players through one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed on the PRPWin website on login, an email to the address registered with your account, or a message via in-platform notification.

Amended Terms take effect 14 days after notification, except where changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of PRPWin following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your PRPWin account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw any available balance. You can contact PRPWin support to facilitate this process within the notice period.

PRPWin is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of PRPWin's services — including a game outcome, a payment transaction or an account decision — you should follow this process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint through PRPWin's live support chat or by emailing support@prpwin.ws. Provide full details including your account username, the date and nature of the issue and any relevant transaction references. PRPWin aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the initial support response, you may request escalation to PRPWin's complaints resolution team. Escalated complaints are reviewed within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Final response: PRPWin will issue a final written response on all escalated complaints. This response represents PRPWin's final position on the matter.

PRPWin's decisions on game outcomes are final where those outcomes are determined by a certified RNG or provably fair algorithm. However, disputes regarding payment processing, account handling or bonus application are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and PRPWin will correct genuine errors when identified.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them are subject to the applicable laws governing online gaming and digital commerce in the jurisdiction under which PRPWin operates. Players accessing PRPWin from Pakistan are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is consistent with the laws applicable to them in their own location.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable law provides such protections and does not permit their exclusion. PRPWin operates within the bounds of its licensing obligations and complies with all applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms while all remaining provisions continue in full force.
